Ticket Refunds
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you need to request a refund for your ticket purchase, please contact us with your order details and reason for the request. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the production is cancelled by Jewish Actresses of Arizona, all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via the email address used during purchase.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your ticket for a different show time (5:15 PM or 7:15 PM), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
